Hello, I am excited to begin this journey with you. I understand that asking for help can feel difficult and overwhelming I hope to put you at ease. Being an adult child of an alcoholic has given me personal insight into the therapeutic process, and has deepened my empathy and understanding, allowing me to support you in a meaningful and compassionate way. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have 21 years' experience working with clients in both the mental health and substance abuse fields. At this time, I prefer working with adult clients, focusing on depression, anxiety and stress management.
